Work Party Report 14 November

The Friends had a record number of volunteers (14) out on Tuesday 14 November working in the vicinity of Knott Wood.
Over the last 10 years the Friends have created 4 scallops (grassy areas set withing the scrub and trees), which are managed for wildlife, but also for the views. Our work parties start at 10am, and volunteers work for as long as they like, with some choosing to work on until mid afternoon.
We are always interested in having new volunteers, so if interested please contact Roger T (01582 763560,rogerjan76@gmail.com) for Harpenden/ Redbourn, or Roger G (01442 394960, roger_green@btinternet.com) if interested in working at the Hemel end of the pathway, where the same welcome will await you.
