Nickey Line Opening Commemorative Plate Found

This splendid metal commemorative plate was discovered lying on the Line in the open near the currently closed Park Hill steps. It was still attached to the remnants of a rotten wooden post.  If anybody knows where it was originally sited, please let us know.
