See the new habitat our Volunteers have Created alongside the Nickey Line in Redbourn, Sunday 25 June at 10am.

The Friends volunteers have been very active on the Nickey Line in Redbourn in the last few years. This is your chance to learn about the new habitat we have created, and what we hope to see in the future at these sites., We also have recently found past railway structures to discuss. Also for those interested, the chance to meet us and learn about how you can get involved.

Meet in the car park by the cricket club on Redbourn Common at 10am. Our route will take us to Chequer Lane, and then along the Nickey Line to just short of the tunnel under the M1, passing the new orchard to reach an area just short of the M! where we are encouraging new flora. We will be nature watching on the route. The total distance is about 2 miles, and we expect to finish before noon.

Please contact Roger on rogerjan76@gmail.com if you intend coming
