Nickey Line Walk 5 - Beaumont Hall and Dane End Farm

From Redbourn Common car park. Shortest circuit 3 miles (5 km)

  • Anticlockwise direction preferred
  • Take care on controlled crossings of the Redbourn bypass B4187
  • All on Rights of Way, generally very good surface (although some fields can be rough)
  • Beaumont Hall is reputedly the oldest building in  Redbourn (15C)
  • ‘Bohemia’ is an extraordinary new property
  • *These paths are as likely to be ploughed or cropped and have ‘difficult’ access from /to the B4187. The ‘outer’ route is preferred
  • An alternative finish is via St Mary’s and Church End
  • Redbourn Museum is open Sat and Sunday 2-5pm, Entry £1
