HISTORY OF THE NICKEY LINE TALKS TO LOCAL GROUPS

Friends of the Nickey Line offer talks to local groups in Hertfordshire, online or live face to face to your members.  The talks cover the history of the Nickey Line as a railway starting in the 1860's and also the time as a footpath and cycleway from 1985 to the present day.

Your talk can be tailored to your requirements on length - from 30 minutes to an hour plus questions and answers. It can be during the day or evening to fit in with your normal meeting times. We can provide our own projector and laptop our use yours.

We ask for a donation which can be tailored to your group size so should not be too 'expensive'.

An example of one of our recent talks given to an audience of more than 200 people by our Chairman Dave Abernethy, can be seen here.

Please email friends@nickeyline.org to enquire about your talk.

We look forward to hearing from you.
