On Sunday 27th September we will be holding the third of our FoNL 20th Anniversary Walks – ‘Fruits, Nuts, Myths and Folklore of Trees and Shrubs’.
The circular walk will start from Roundwood Halt in Harpenden (wtw: heap,save.since) at 10.00 am and last for about two hours.
During the walk we will look for autumn fruits and nuts and Geoff will talk about the folklore and Myths associated with many of the trees and shrubs along the route.

Some of the walk will be along uneven ground, so please wear stout footwear.
Parking for Roundwood Halt is available alongside the road at the top of Park Hill (off the A1081 towards the northern end of Harpenden).
